BIO: Scot is a graduate of Oregon State University and began his career in the insurance business in 1993. He transitioned to the independent side in 1997 and opened his own agency in 2000.  Scot is immersed in the West Linn community and sponsors many local events.  He resides in West Linn with his wife and two children and spends his free time coaching his sons baseball team.

BIO: Yeraldy has been the lead bilingual customer service rep with Gelfand for just over three years. Yeraldy was new to the insurance business, but picked it up quickly and is one of our most seasoned employees. Outside of work Yeraldy enjoys shopping, spending time with her son, husband and other family members.

BIO: Tracy is a native of Portland and has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years. She is a new addition to Gelfand Insurance. Away from the office Tracy is involved with an international non- profit organization providing relief to orphaned children. She enjoys escaping to the beautiful Oregon coast for quiet time and relaxation. One of her greatest loves in life are her grandchildren. Currently she manages the commercial lines department and is always happy to help with your Insurance needs.

BIO: Javier began his career in the insurance business with American Family in 2004. He joined the Gelfand team in 2006 and currently works as an outside sales agent.  Javier is experienced in home, auto, & commercial insurance and is bilingual in both Spanish & English. Javier uses a personal approach when dealing with his customers and treats them as family.  Javier resides in Newburg OR with his two children and enjoys spending his free time with family.
